Radford Training has long been established to help newcomers in the licensed trade. We specialise in one to one training for BIIAB qualifications we are registered to administer, and hold a 100% pass rate. This year we have added the BIIAB course for Level 2 Food Safety in the Kitchen.

Drawing on over 44 Years experience as Managers in the Licensed Trade, Steve Radford and his wife Heather can provide a tailored ‘hands on’ training experience for new landlords and tenants/managers as well as a targeted consultancy service aimed at developing and improving more established businesses. Also the company has contact with a major Welsh Brewer who will provide current listing of pubs available on their estate.

The difference between Radford training and other companies is that training will be delivered ‘on site’ and start on day one when they over the public house. It will be subject to review on a daily basis to ensure maximum effectiveness. Once training is complete a further 2 monthly review process will be established to allow for ongoing problem solving and fine tuning if required.

In addition Radford Training is able to offer a bespoke consultancy service to more established businesses. Using a similar ‘hands on’ process the objective is to encourage landlords to identify underperforming areas and develop strategies and action plans to correct them.
